Hi friends! 

We're Brandon & Alyssa. We met in high school, got married after college and moved to the Atlanta area in 2011, calling Marietta home in 2018 with our 3 amazing kiddos. After several years in the corporate world of business and design, we decided to dive headfirst into real estate investing. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing! But we had big dreams and even bigger goals for our family. Over the course of 7 years we bought/renovated 200 homes in the surrounding Atlanta area. 

We began our hosting journey in March 2022, with the OG - The Evergreen Cottage, in Marietta. We've hosted hundreds of wonderful guests ever since. Hosting with heart is at the center of everything we do. Elevating the guest experience is one of our top core beliefs, and curating beautiful spaces for families to create memories in has become an honor and a privilege for our family. 

We have hosted hundreds of wonderful families over the years, and it's been a privilege to be a small part of the memories they've made while visiting the Marietta area. Not only do we love to host, but we love supporting our community. We provide an extensive list of local recommendations in our Guest Book for every reservation, and it's been a joy to share those places with out-of-town guests. 

We love to dream big, create beautiful spaces and provide true hospitality. We believe hosting is more than just providing guests with a place to sleep. We believe it's about serving others with excellence, creating memorable experiences and truly hosting with heart. We can't wait to host you!
